About

Phillips Nutrition

Established in 2021 by Hannah Phillips (B.HSc. Nutritional Medicine), Phillips Nutrition is an evidence-based clinical nutrition practice, integrating biomedical anatomy, physiology and pathology with  nutrition and lifestyle medicine to support you holistically, by treating the whole person in a non-judgmental environment.

Working with the individual, we support you to restore your health and energy levels and establish optimal metabolic function to improve your health status.

At Phillips Nutrition, we have a special interest in gut health, autoimmune conditions, paediatric health, food intolerances and allergies, resolving fatigue, thyroid function, metabolic health and body composition management.

About

Hannah

As a parent of two with personal experience in food intolerances and autoimmune disease, Hannah understands the daily challenges involved in autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disturbances, intolerances and allergies and aims to make the management of these conditions easier through dietary and lifestyle changes.

Parents, children and adults may benefit from presentations on making healthier food choices frothier children and themselves, attending a supermarket walk-through session to identify foods that will both taste great and support health, engage in label reading education and participate in our lunchbox sessions where we go through quick and healthy ideas on how to pack a lunch box that is going to keep kids and adults full and healthy.
